Because open-pit mining has the advantages of high mechanization degree,good safety condition and high recovery rate of resources,open-pit mining is the primary mining method of mineral resources.With the rapid development of the national economy,the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources has been increasing,and the open-pit mine has become an inevitable trend.In the open pit,if the final slope Angle is too large,the risk of instability will be huge.If the slope Angle is too small,it will cause a lot of economic loss.As a result,studies how to determine and optimize the large mining height are broken of open-pit mine slope Angle scheme finally,make the safety and stability of final slope guaranteed at the same time can make to maximize economic benefits in mines,it is very important.Based on the engineering background of a newly built open-pit limestone mine with high mining,a series of work has been carried out to optimize its final slope Angle and relevant research results have been obtained.First of all,technical investigation and field investigation and rock sampling were carried out to determine the position of the typical section of the final slope.Secondly,on the basis of indoor rock mechanics test of the rock mass mechanics parameters by experience formula method after reduction calculation to determine the final slope rock mass mechanics parameters,mainly includes: uniaxial compressive strength and uniaxial tensile strength,cohesion,internal friction Angle,elastic modulus,poisson’s ratio;Then,based on FLAC3 D respectively from the displacement,stress and deformation and safety factor of preliminary design scheme of final slope stability is analyzed and calculation and prediction in view of the large mining height are broken in open-pit mine slope Angle eventually optimization problem put forward the "advantage area" and the concept of "inferior" area and between partitions it step by step optimization method;Then,according to the optimized method determine the optimum slope Angle of the mining scheme of 51°-49°on steep slow line combinations,from this and previous slope to stope indenting is stable and hard under the high slope on the appropriate USES steep slow slope consistent form of research results;Finally,according to the situation of field application,it shows that the results of field application security,economic benefit is prominent,the overall application effect is good,has the high feasibility and economic safety advantages.At the same time,according to the research results,the final slope maintenance management measures are proposed.In this paper,based on the characteristics of large mining height are broken open miningslope eventually,put forward the "advantage area" and the concept of "inferior" area and step-by-step partition between the final slope Angle optimization method and slow line under the steep combination form of final slope Angle,for similar large mining height are broken Angle of ultimate slope in open-pit mine design and optimization research provides a new way of thinking and reference.
