The turnout pipeline is one of the main oil pipelines in North China oil field.In recent years,due to the decline of crude oil production,the pipeline is in a low transportation state.The operation of low throughput will bring about insufficient heating capacity and lower oil pump reliability,which makes the operation cost and operation risk rise.The most commonly used coping styles at home and abroad are intermittent transport,additive delivery and heating transportation,among which the most widely used is adding depressant,which has the advantages of easy operation,economic safety and so on,but the crude oil drops.The use of coagulant is limited,and the modification effect of different crude oil is very different,and the depressant must be made to the depressant.After screening,the best additive conditions were selected through experimental research.Therefore,it is necessary to study the pour point depressant for the crude oil transported by the pipeline and make a safe and economical operation plan.Taking the Charen pipeline crude as the research object,the study of the physical and rheological properties of crude oil is carried out.Using the experimental data,the existing calculation model of the mixed oil condensation point is evaluated,modified and verified,and the calculation model of the condensation point suitable for the mixed oil is obtained.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of depressant and the factors affecting the effect of reducing the coagulating effect,the experiment of crude oil depressant for crude oil transported in the turnout line was selected as the best BEM-6N depressant based on the change of condensation point and viscosity.The optimum concentration of adding agent was 75mg/kg and the optimum adding agent temperature was 65.The stability of the additive crude oil is evaluated in three aspects: high-speed shear,repeated heating and static time.Through the analysis of the running status of the turnout line,taking the experimental data as the basis and the economic optimum as the target,the heating operation scheme of the forked line in winter is formulated,which provides a reference for the practical application of the field,and has certain guiding significance.
