In order to reveal the interaction mechanism between bolt and surrounding rock,perfecting bolt support technique theory and design method of support parameter,improving the reliability,scientific and practicality of parameter design of bolt support.In this paper,the second level bottom section of the alleys-1050m orbit of gu-qiao coal mine central region,southern district,east district as the research objects,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement methods were used to research form,strength,stress state of the internal formation of the supporting structure,and exploring the relationship with bolt support parameters and intensity of surrounding rock.On this basis,scientific and reasonable bolting parameters are determinedFirstly,the mechanical model of the anchoring-structural body was established and based on the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion and homogenization method,equivalent strength parameter formula of the anchoring-structural body was derived.On the basis of equivalent strength parameters,according to the load bearing structure mechanical characteristics,static equilibrium equation was applied in the vertical direction and the strength formula of anchoring bearing structure,affecting factors of strength was derived.Secondly,the numerical simulation study of roadway support effect of different support density under the same depth condition was carried out with the geological condition of the three zones of gu-qiao mine as the engineering background.The reasonable support density of different lithology was determined by transverse comparison of the support effect of different support density in the same lithology.The influence of lithology on the support effect was determined by comparing the support effect of different lithology under the same support parameters.The research results showed that the reinforcement of the rock bolting and anchor solid carrying capacity reinforced with the increase of density of support,the location of the vertical stress peaks transfer from deep to shallow,roadway deformation decrease and the surrounding rock of the plastic zone of two range became smaller,the stability of surrounding rock was enhanced;The reasonable support density of the sandstone roadway was 800?1000mm,the reasonable support density of the sandy mudstone roadway was 800mm,and the reasonable bolt support density of mudstone roadway was 600mm.The vertical stress contours had obvious changes under the conditions of the same supporting parameters while different lithology of roadway,the bearing capacity of the bearing structure and anchor reinforcement of surrounding rock gradually increased with the roadway lithology weakened.Finally,by analyzing the field monitoring data and the surrounding rock of roadway,the displacement distribution,stress distribution of east,south-1050m orbit alleys under the condition of the design supporting density,it can be summed up that the roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure in the design density conditions has been effectively controlled.
