90%of coal output in our country is from underground mining, due to tunnel inducedby the excavation of the abutment pressure, abutment pressure will lead to the developmentof a series of physical process, the stress concentration exceeds the strength of surroundingrock, surrounding rock is easily broken, resulting in instability, and mining pause. Whilelots of research on under the influence of mining roadway support is done, but coalgeological condition is complex and changeable, the bolt support mechanism remains to besystem in-depth study. It is necessary for the distribution characteristics of stress field inthe mining and make analysis of the influence of the roadway, through the engineeringanalogy method, theory analysis and FLAC3Dnumerical simulation analysis to determinethe reasonable supporting design, control the surrounding rock, and remain the stability oftunnel.Take Baode mine roadway as the background, the research on roadway influence bymining. Main content and results is:First of all, in all forms of mining pressure complexappears during strong disturbance in the formation of migration, when mining supportingroadway in pressure will have a strong impact, support pressure has an important status.Using the FLAC3Dsoftware, analysis by mining in the mining space formingcharacteristics of abutment pressure around and get a reasonable size of coal pillar inroadway. Reasonable roadway coal pillar can reduce the harmful deformation of theroadway, reduce the maintenance of the roadway, reduce the waste of coal, and make theroadway layout optimization.Again, without considering the original rock stress conditions,using the FLAC3D, simulation analysis of prestressed diffusion rule. Due to preload in therange of surrounding rock formation of prestressed anchor field. In the presence ofmultiple anchors, anchor prestressed fields overlap, overlay each other to form acompressed, with carrying. Using the FLAC3Dsimulation analysis software preload bolt ina different case, row distance on stress fields in rock mass of sphere of influence. Bolting (cable)imposed on the surrounding rocks of preload is active support, reinforcement ofsurrounding rock.Through the engineering analogy method and theory analysis method of Baode minereturn air along the groove of the support parameters design, and by FLAC3Dsoftware tosimulate the roadway in under the influence of mining should stress nephogram,displacement nephogram, plastic zone, can be seen in the design of support parameters arereasonable and effective of, can satisfy the practical requirements of the project.
