The survival and development of human being could not be separated from the support of energy,and coal mine resources played a very important role as one of the important energy sources.According to the statistic analysis of coal mine accident death in recent years,the gas accidents were less than ones before,but it still occured.Mining areas,with complexed geological conditions,soft coal seam and high gas content,would often produce some prominent danger and greatly hindered the process of coal mining.However,with the rapid development of comprehensive mechanized coal mining,to some extent,the mining working is speeding up,but at the same time the gas emission of coal increased sharply,which often resulted in the overrun of gas.In order to solve the problems above,this paper specially introduced wireless sensor network into the gas monitoring system of fully mechanized mining face,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the system and ensures the safe and efficient production of coal mine.In this paper,two parts were well designed in detail.The downhole part mainly realizes the function of data acquisition.The CC2530 zigbee node was used in the bottom node to support the ZigBee protocol,which can collect the gas concentration of CO,gas,methane by connecting the sensors such as CO,gas,methane and gas pressure.The wireless sensor network based on ZigBee technology is used to transmit the collected data and realize the data acquisition function.The main realization of the well part contacted the control and management of each node,and the function of analyzing and judging the data collected in the well.In the well part it was not by the terminal directly to manage and control the various nodes,but the data passed to the gateway to carry out the initial processing operations,and then transferred the relevant information to the terminal.Then,the improved leach hierarchical topology control algorithm in the design was analyzed and introduced in this paper.In order to further reduce the energy consumption and prolong the life of the network,the leach algorithm was used to improve the overall performance of the wireless sensor network.The leach algorithm and the improved Leach algorithm was simulated,and the latter accorded with the design requirements by the simulation comparison.Finally,the network performance and gateway access was tested and analyzed in this paper.
