The Shenyang 67 block of Shenyang oil production plant is the main block for producing high condensate oil in Liaohe Oilfield.The reservoir is strong heterogeneity.Since 2012,new wells was fractured and put into operation.Depending on the fracturing low permeability reservoir,there is producing a high conductivity crack in the formation to increase the productivity of the oil well.Because the sandstone reservoir of Shenyang 67 is loose,the proppant added in the fracturing construction is easy to return with the reflux fracturing fluid in the process of production.To a great extent,it has destroyed the support profile of artificial fracture support formed during fracturing and it affects oil well productivity.In this case,the fiber fracturing technology is used during the fracturing process of the well in Shenyang 67.Though 3 times construction,it is found that the sand production of formation has been improved,but the production has not been improved.Based on the analysis,due to the retention of glass fiber in the reservoir,the flow conductivity of the artificial fracture is damaged.The use of degradable fiber materials suitable for fracturing is a key technology to solve this problem.In view of the above problems,the following work has been carried out.First,a kind of copolymerization product is synthesized by ester and polyol in acid condition.Through the drawing process and oil and surfactant used to treat the surface,the copolymer is processed into a biodegradable fiber product.Through the adjustment of biodegradable fiber polyacid and polyalcohol proportion,eight kinds of biodegradable fiber are cut out.The solubility of the eight kinds of biodegradable fiber is studied.Secondly,the degradable fiber fracturing fluid system is studied on carrying out the experimental research on fracturing fluid carrying sand,crosslinking time,gel breaking time,residue quantity,viscosity,pick up property,compatibility with flow conductivity.In view of the phenomenon that degradable fibers are floating on the surface of guanidine gum fracturing fluid,the masses are not easy to disperse,a degradable fiber adding pump was developed to prepare biodegradable fiber fracturing fluid.Finally,the newly developed degradable fiber fracturing fluid are used in the Shenyang 67 block,which can effectively improve the production effect.
