Structure is designed in this paper on the basis of cyclone in series,the clever use of the inner cone form,a cyclone embedded within another cyclone separator,after consolidation,two separate tasks can be completed within the same cyclone separation device.Two-Stage integrated oil-water separation cyclone is divided into two parts: internal separation and external separation.The structural dimensions of the internal separation are obtained according to previous studies.Design seven different swirl chamber structure,through the simulation analysis of seven different structural form of pressure loss and the velocity vector and separation efficiency,choose quadratic function parabolic form of swirl chamber.And external separation section of the structure parameters determined by the orthogonal experiment,and the study analysis of the influence laws of circular swirl length,circular large cone angle,circular small cone angle.The radius of external separation section and circular bottom flow tube radius on the pressure drop and separation efficiency are analyzed,and the optimal structure parameters of the external separation section are derived by the orthogonal results.Select the initial structure WX-0,the orthogonal experiment of two relatively optimal structure with WX-1,WX-2 and the orthogonal experiment the best structure of WX-3,comparison and analysis of these four structures' pressure drop,phase volume centration,velocity,efficiency,primary separation efficiency and bottom flow rate of the four structures were compared and analyzed.The optimal structure WX-3 of the orthogonal design is analyzed in detail to analyze the internal structure pressure loss of the separator.Explores the different inlet flow,average particle size and distribution ratio on the separation efficiency.According to the structure WX-3,the organic glass prototype was processed,and the indoor PIV test scheme was carried out.In the experiment,tracer particles was used to study the fluid motion,to explore the influence of operating parameters on the internal flow field separator,it is concluded that operating parameters on the axial velocity,radial velocity and the influence law of the overflow pressure drop.
