There are 28 sets of oil and gas field processing equipment available in the natural gas branch.The operating conditions and reference materials of these devices are mostly based on the calibration report of 2008(some of the reconstruction or new devices have never been calibrated).In recent years,due to the change of raw material composition,unit efficiency and equipment condition,the actual operating parameters of the device have deviated from the original calibration conditions.Hongya shallow cooling unit and cryogenic unit have the problems of unclear operation point,low light hydrocarbon yield and high energy consumption.At the same time,the production capacity of each device has not been calibrated and verified,resulting in insufficient production planning formulation.In order to fully identify the Hongya refrigeration equipment status of the whole and single unit and clarify the best operating conditions of the plant,it is necessary to carry out the standard work of Hongya refrigeration equipment.This article inquires into branch dispatch comprehensive report forms,device operation parameters,and grasps the operation status of the device,and through the simulation of the device,the theoretical production capacity of the device is obtained.Comparing the actual production data with the theoretical calculation data,the reasons for the failure of the device to reach the theoretical data are analyzed.In this paper,the design and actual production capacity are compared,and the elastic range of device operation is identified.(1)The calibration and analysis work of the whole and individual equipment is completed.The calibration method is scientific and reasonable,and the calibration results are accurate and objective.(2)Through calibration,the production capacity of the device is defined,and the deviation between the yield and the actual yield of the plan is less than 5%.(3)Further understanding and mastering the actual production capacity of the device,compared with the design and the actual gap,according to the existing production condition of the device;reaffirm the operating elastic range and key operating parameters of the device.(4)On the premise of safety and stability,low consumption and high production as the goal,the technological process of the device and the unreasonable link of operating parameters are put forward to improve the production of light hydrocarbon in the branch.(5)A comprehensive evaluation of the device(including parameters,technology,level,etc.)is made,and suggestions for future design,operation,use and management are putforward.
