With the rapid development of the national economy,the number of municipal wastewater plants is increasing day by day.In this regard,We pretreated the sludge using ultrasonic and acid/base method.The effects of strengthening and promoting the hydrolysis and acidification of excess sludge were investigated.It laid the foundation for recovering the carbon source in the sludge and reducing the sludge treatment cost and sludge reduction.This study examined the cracking efficiency of sludge under different ultrasonic frequencies and ultrasonic times,and the sonicated group was not compared to above groups.The results showed that when the ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz and the ultrasonic time is 10 min,the sludge microorganisms have the most obvious crushing effect after the ultrasonic pretreatment.The release of COD reached 197.12 mgCOD/gSS,the release of TP was 5.59mgTP/gSS,and the release of TN was 4.75 mgTN/gSS.Secondly,this study detected the effect of pH on ultrasonic cracking sludge.The pH of the excess sludge is first adjusted and then subjected to ultrasonic treatment.It was found that under alkaline conditions at pH 10,the ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz and the ultrasonic time was 10 min.The COD release in the sludge reached 256 mgCOD/gSS,the TP release was 6.49 mgTP/gSS,and the TN release was 5.86 mgTN/gSS.Finally,the above sludge cracking solution was subjected to residualhydrolysis acidification.We found that when the pH was 10,the ultrasonic frequency was 40 kHz,and the ultrasonic time was 10 min,the excess sludge was mixed with the anaerobic sludge.After 37 days of anaerobic fermentation and cultivation for 20 days,the volatile fatty acid content reached the maximum on the 6th day.It was 6 days and 4 days earlier than the original sludge without any treatment and sludge under ph=10 treatment,indicating that ultrasonic/alkaline cracking can promote the hydrolysis and acidification of sludge.
