Penicillium-induced kiwi fruit decay is one of the most important diseases in the ripening and post-harvest storage of kiwifruit[1].In order to study the differences in the resistance of kiwi fruit to penicillium,the research uses Hongyang?Cuiyu and16 A three varieties as materials to study the changes of plaque size and resistance-related physiological indexes of various varieties after infection by Penicillium,including malondialdehyde?MDA?content and the enzyme activities of three enzymes,including peroxidase?POD?,peroxidation,hydrogenase?CAT?and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase?PAL?,The results showed that the content of peroxidase POD,catalase CAT,and phenylalanine ammonia lyase PAL is the highest in Cuiyu,16 A is in the middle,while Hongyang is the least from the second to the fifth day after inoculation with Penicillium.The content of MDA is the opposite.That is,Hongyang is the highest,16 A is the middle,and Cuiyu is the least.The change trend of the plaque size was consistent with the trend of the physiological indicators of the fruit.The comprehensive experimental data presume that Cuiyu has the greatest resistance to Penicilliosis,followed by Cultivar 16 A,and Hongyang has poor disease resistance.To further analyze the molecular mechanism of the difference in resistance to Penicillium.inActinidia chinensis Planch,this study extracted RNA from different kiwi fruit samples of different invasive time and detected the expression levels of related disease-resistance genes by quantitative PCR,including CHI1,CLU1,NPR1 and PR1genes.According to the actual expression of the gene,the resistance differential mechanism is presumed to be the most abundant expression of these resistance genes in Cuiyu,and the expression level in the 16 A variety is the middle,and the expression level in the Hongyang is the least.In order to further investigate the pathogenic mechanism of kiwifruit rot caused by Penicillium,the effector Blys family members of Penicillium wild type were knocked out by homologous recombination technology.It was found that there was a difference in the growth state of?Blys7and the wild type on PEK plates.This study provides a theoretical basis for the further study of the molecular mechanism of Penicillium kiwifruit and the improvement of kiwifruit resistance to Penicillium.
