As an important indicator of the degree of busyness in public places,the human flow has become an effective tool for business decision-making and public safety monitoring.At present,the human flow monitoring system is widely used in public places such as shopping malls,airports,train stations,and passenger stations.Technically,video surveillance,infrared and other monitoring technologies are used.Through analysis algorithms,uninterrupted automatic monitoring,analysis,and alarming of people flow data are realized.However,this solution is suitable for use in a small area of monitoring and is not suitable for a wide range of monitoring areas.With the development and popularization of smart phones,the real-time performance of data acquisition by telecommunication operators for the location information of smart phones has been enhanced.Through the statistical analysis of large-signal mobile phone signaling,the real-time traffic flow base has become relatively accurate.By this way,it is no longer limited by the size of the area to achieve human flow monitoring,and the analysis of people traffic data is also more diversified,with a high cost performance.The dissertation designed and implemented a regional flow monitoring platform based on big data.This project can be divided into two parts from the data process:data processing platform and regional flow visualization platform.The data processing platform collects mobile phone signaling of users in the monitoring area through Flume,passes the KafKa to the Storm cluster for data filtering and buffering,and then the statistical program statistics the signaling data according to the indicators and stores them in the HBase database.The visualization platform adopts the B/S architecture.The server acquires statistical data by calling the interface of the data processing platform,processes the data,and then returns to the Web for visual display.The author participated in the needs analysis and outline design of the regional flow monitoring platform and independently completed the design and implementation of all functions under system business and system management,such as regional heat map,flow analysis,source analysis,historical playback,user management,and regional management,functional configuration,operational statistics,etc.,and participated in the system integration testing.The regional flow monitoring platform has been developed and put into operation.Currently,it is used by government departments.It can dynamically monitor the increase and decrease of the flow of people in the hotspot area,the heat flow of the flow of people,and the source of the people in real time,and play back the flow of people on the day.It can prevent the occurrence of stampede,terror,and other incidents.It applies to social stability and emergency command.
