With the "Made in China 2025" strategy,more and more foundry companies realize that equipment data monitoring and data visualization are important links for enterprises to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Due to the wide variety of equipment in the foundry,some of the equipment is old and the environment is harsh,and the operation process generates a large amount of data,the existing manual monitoring and recording methods have difficulty in monitoring,low data recording efficiency,poor data visualization,and data utilization.Low rate and other issues.In view of the above problems and combined with the status quo of the company,this thesis designed and developed a device monitoring and data visualization system.Firstly,the domestic and international research status and development trends of equipment data monitoring and data visualization are analyzed,and the enterprise requirements of equipment monitoring and data visualization system are analyzed.Includes system requirements analysis,system role analysis,functional requirements analysis,and non-functional requirements analysis.Among them,equipment data monitoring,historical data analysis and alarm management are the core needs of enterprises.Secondly,the design and development of the Baimu equipment monitoring and data visualization system.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the design pattern based on B/S architecture is adopted,and the appropriate technical solutions are selected.The conceptual structure,functional module structure,database conceptual structure and logical structure of the system are designed.The system includes four functional modules: device data monitoring,historical data analysis,alarm management,and device management.Finally,the test results and application effects of the system are analyzed.The feasibility of the system was verified by system use case test and system compatibility test.Finally,the application results show that the system realizes the monitoring of the running status of various types of equipment,achieves a good data visualization effect,improves the work efficiency and the accuracy of data recording,and simultaneously compares the historical data of the equipment operation with the process data.,improve data utilization.
