Micro-hole processing is widely used in medical equipment,engines,aerospace,microelectronics,molds and other fields,often used as spinneret orifices,electric plate flushing orifices,engine blades,and engine fuel injection atomization orifices.The cooling holes of the cylinder body,the oil passage hole or air passage hole of the valve body,and so on.Because the materials used in the micropores are mostly hard or high-strength hard-to-process materials,such as stainless steel,heat-resistant steel,diamond,and hard alloy,etc.,and it is required to achieve a certain depth of holes,which makes micro-holes one of the most difficult machining processes in hole processing.Currently,only one tool electrode is used in special equipment for the micro-hole machining,and the machining efficiency is low.If the number of tool electrodes is increased and multiple micro-electrodes are simultaneously processed to produce multiple micro-holes,the processing efficiency can be doubled.At present,a group of electrodes etched by an electrode material has achieved certain results in the research of array micro-holes,but group electrode preparation is difficult,and there are two technical defects:Firstly,the electrodes can not be electrically insulated,one of the electrodes Concentrated energy discharge during short-circuit will cause the short-circuit micro-electrode to burn;Secondly,the group electrode has poor chip evacuation effect and cannot be rotated,and the depth of the processing hole is limited.The study of the influence of the machining principle of the micro-EDM machining and the change of the processing parameters on the micro-EDM and the impact of the processing equipment on the micro-EDM process,micro-vibration and rotation in the conventional micro-EDM process can improve the micro-machining In terms of efficiency and processing stability,this paper designs a multi-electrode rotary and vibration micro-EDM process based on micro-vibration and micro-rotation machining.At the same time,based on the selection of the feed mechanism,multi-electrode rotary and vibration electrode structure and vibration structure of the EDM composite machining were designed.The model was modeled by SolidWorks.Based on the Workbench-based finite element analysis at the key position,the functions and requirements to be achieved by the micro EDM were realized.For the study of independent pulse power supply,non-independent pulse power supply,and micro-EDM power supply gap state detection,a field-effect transistor is used to control the pulsed power of the processed RC-type transistor and the transistor to eliminate the pulse and maintain the processing voltage.Through the logic circuit of the MOSFET turn-on and turn-off,the effective combination of the capacitor charge and discharge in the micro-EDM power supply is realized,and there is enough time to eliminate the ionization in the micro-EDM processing;the single pulse energy is small for the micro-EDM pulse power supply.The discharge state is complex and changes in characteristics.The gap voltage average method is used to detect the machining gap status in real time.The range of the normal micro-EDM processing voltage is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer,the accuracy of the gap status detection is improved,and the power supply can be controlled better.Double the processing efficiency.According to the hardware structure of the power supply,the program control of the entire hardware structure is completed,and the duty ratio of the PWM output is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer to adjust the rotation motor and the vibration motor to adjust the rotation and vibration parameters in the micro-electric discharge machining,and the voltage and current of the pulse input power supply are adjusted.The voltage and current of the micro-EDM process are controlled,and the upper and lower limit voltage values of the control gap state detection are used to determine whether the micro-machining is normal.At the same time,the processing capacitor size,current,rotation speed,vibration amplitude and frequency to the micro-EDM are experimentally analyzed.The impact of processing efficiency,successfully machined micro-holes with a diameter of 72 ? m.the use of three electrodes at the same time for processing,through the comparison of single-electrode,multi-electrode independent discharge machining than single-electrode processing efficiency is higher,give the multi-electrode independent processing opens up a new and efficient process method.
