The Improvement Of Production Cost Management In S Company

In the enterprise development strategies,cost control is an extremely important position.If the quality of the performance of similar products is almost the same decision a major factor in the competition in the market price,and decide the price level of the main factors is the cost,because only reduces the cost,will it be possible to reduce the price of the product.The rules of the market economy show that all forms of enterprises,state-owned enterprises,private enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises or other forms of enterprises,to be successful must do a good job management infrastructure,must have a good management relations,cost management is a very important part of the management,the level of the main problems related to the competitiveness of enterprises,but also an important guarantee for more profit than other companies.The cost management and improvement of the S company will be the research object in this paper,based on the basic theories and methods of cost management,cost management systems,and operation cost,and combining the characteristics of the cost structure and cost management of the company's current products,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research on the current situation of the cost management system and the current cost control status of the company.It is found that there are deficiencies in the cost management and execution of cost management in production cost manage the lack of emphasis on cost control,and the deviation of manufacturing cost allocation,etc.The reasons for these problems are that the cost management system is not perfect,the depth and scope of cost control are not enough,and the cost accounting system is not sound.Therefore,to solve these problems,this paper presents a solution which form three aspects concept of cost management,cost management system and cost control to improve the level of cost manage,and introduce the homework cost method into the scheme,expecting the implemen of the improved scheme change the present company production cost manage,improve the market competitiveness.Research results of this paper will also be able to provide theoretical support and practical reference experience for enterprise cost management to better serve the development of enterprises,which also can help other types of textile enterprises to improve the level of cost management,improve the mode of production and operation,and carry out refined cost management.
