Compared with traditional machining,laser cutting has quicker cutting speed,and the lower noises,wider application range,so it has been widely used in automobile manufacturing,petrochemical and aerospace and other fields.Laser cutting equipment has become the fastest developing sheet metal processing equipment in the last decade.At present,most domestic laser cutting equipment manufacturers buy parts from the outside and assemble them twice,This phenomenon results in higher input of equipment and lower production efficiency.Moreover,the static and dynamic performance of equipment after assembly is poor,and the machining accuracy is not high either.Therefore,the research and development of laser cutting machine with independent intellectual property,high efficiency and dynamic static characteristics can greatly improve the production efficiency of sheet metal.Through the investigation of mature products at home and abroad,this paper determines the design requirements and main technical parameters of the laser cutting machine.Based on the principle of modular design,the laser cutting machine has been divided into modules.The design process of key parts and the selection are emphasized.A finite element model for laser cutting machine was established,and the contact relation of the joint was simulated by using the equivalent spring model and stiffness matrix.Based on Hyper mesh and ANSYS,the finite element model of the whole machine is obtained.This model is used to analyze the deformation of the cutting machine in the gravity field,and the deformation of the multi-station is taken as the comparison,then the largest deformation is found.The first six order natural frequency and vibration mode of the system are obtained through the whole mode analysis,which is compared with the analysis result of the whole machine model of rigid solid connection,and the weak link of the whole machine is obtained.The amplitude frequency characteristic curve in X,Y and Z direction is obtained by harmonic response analysis of the whole machine,which provides basis for the selection of machining parameters.On the basis of simulation analysis,the multi-objective optimization of the gantry structure of laser cutting machine is carried out.Based on the central composite experiment method,the response surface model of the target size input and structure response output of the gantry structure is established.By using this model and considering the sensitivity of each design variable to the target function and the constraint function,the optimal design point of the gantry structure is obtained,and its own optimization goal is completed.The optimized model is analyzed and the rationality of optimization is verified.This study provides a method for the research and development of laser cutting equipment and provides a theoretical basis for studying the static dynamic characteristics and optimal design of such equipment.It can improve the production quality of laser cutting machine and reduce the production cost.
