Application Research On Cement-stabilized Water-washing Coal Gangue Mixture As Base Course Of Pavement

China is a big coal-producing countries,Which coal is the major source of energy in all developing countries.Gangue is a kind of solid waste emissions in the largest,covering the most serious pollution of the environment of variety of industrial waste.It is a big issue that how to make better use of coal gangue as the base corse,which could expand the comprehensive utilizations of coal gangue and increase social benefits.As an important coal producing area in Anhui Province,the emmision of coal gangue has increased year by year in Huaibei.It is of great practical significance to study the performance of coal gangue for application.Coal gangue is widely distributed all over the country,and the variability of coal gangue in different areas is relatively large.The research object is the Huaibei coal coking by-product Huaibei water-washing coal gangue.The paper is based on Anhui province Huaibei X009 Liu Sui road overhaul project 03,after consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the main physical and chemical properties of coal gangue,the engineering mechanical properties and road performance of base launched test research.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Experimental study on basic properties of washed coal gangue in Huaibei.By studying the physical and chemical properties of the gangue,it is confirmed that the material can be used in the base course of the pavement structure.(2)Study on material composition and structure design parameters of cement stabilized washing coal gangue base course.For the base course and the base level application,the material composition design is studied,and the structural design parameters are determined.The change law of the compressive strength of coal gangue mixture is studied,and the regression equation between the amount of binder and the amount of binder is established,which can guide the composition design and application of the coal gangue mixture.(3)Study on Application of cement stabilized washing coal gangue base.According to the construction of the pavement base of the test section,the construction process of the mixing method of the coal gangue mixture is summarized.The research results of construction and quality control are solidified into the technical guidelines for construction(4)Research on temperature shrinkage stress and estimate control of shrinkage crack of base course.According to analysis of temperature field model and temperature shrinkage stress,the strength criterion based on temperature shrinkageis proposed to reduce temperature shrinkage crack.
