Coumarin is a class of heterocyclic compounds with medicinal value that are mainly found in natural products.Coumarin derivatives have good activity and are widely used in medical detection,chemical analysis,biological treatment,photochemistry and so on.This article synthesizes 3-sulphonylcoumarin,most of which are the flexible and simple to increase the diversity and synthesis strategy of sulfonylation products.The first chapter describes the classification,synthesis and application of various coumarins.The second chapter,it describes the development of disulfide as a rarely reported source of sulfonyl.Under the participation of water molecules and peroxides,sulfone is produced and 3-sulfonylcoumarin is synthesized.In the third chapter,the possibility of sodium arylsulfinate as a sulfonylating agent was investigated,and 3-sulphonylcoumarin was successfully synthesized using an inexpensive,convenient,quick and simple method.In the fourth chapter,silver catalysis is selected for the first choice.The aryl sulfinic acid,which is an active compound with easy deprotonation,is coordinated with potassium persulfate to achieve the ring closure of the alkynoates.
