Research On The Coordination Between Grain Production And Ecological Environment In Chinese Main Grain Producing Areas

Since the implementation of rural household responsibility contract system in our country,the 13 food production provinces(districts)are the most important guarantee area for food security and eco-barrier zones in China.At present,these area have different degrees of ecological damage or ecological imbalance,which endangers grain production and production capacity.Based on ESV,this paper first evaluates the ESV of 13 main production provinces(districts).Then it use the single variable,double variable spatial autocorrelation model empirical to examine the spatial correlation and spatial coordination between production capacity and ESV.Finally,it focuses on the coordination between total grain production and ESV based on the coordination degree model.It is found that:(1)producing capacity of grain and unit ESV existence mismatch and deviation,ESV and ecological efficiency loss problem is outstanding,the ecological supply service was seriously low in the research year which accounted for less than 10% of the ESV.(2)food output is negatively correlated with ESV in some provinces,Only heilongjiang and sichuan provinces have a "high-high" value accumulation.The total grain yield and grain yield per unit area were negatively correlated with the ESV,respectively-0.137 and-0.037.(3)The coordination degree between agricultural and ecological system is low coordination in the research year.And it is changed from coordination to conflict in some province where have some hidden dangers in food security.Thus,this paper propose to strengthen the protection and restoration of ecological resources,and gradually realize the proposal of green agricultural modernization for the province with poor ecological environment.And it is suggested establish an ecological compensation mechanism,to promote the supply-side reform of agriculture for the province with good ecological environment.
