In recent years,with the rapid process of urbanization of China,domestic garbage is growing by 9%-11% every year,not only brings great pollution to the ecological environment,occupies a lot of land resources,but also leads to hundreds of millions of dollars in economic losses.Due to the guidance of national polic ies and attraction of the market prospects,many enterprises have begun to enter the domestic waste treatment industry.In the face of more and more fiercer competition,the research of marketing strategy is of great significance for all domestic waste disposal enterprises.This paper takes Wanrong Science Company as the research object,focus on its marketing strategy of domestic waste classified disposal business.Firstly,it briefly introduces the marketing theories and competition theories,and summarizes the marketing research results of the domestic waste classified disposal business.Secondly,this paper introduces Wanrong technology Company’s marketing environment and the competitive environment of the industry from policy,economy,technology and social environment four aspects.Based on the above analysis and Wanrong Science Company’s development strategies,this paper points out the market positioning of Wanrong Science Company’s domestic waste classified disposal business,and designs the marketing strategy from four aspects,including product,price,channel and promotion.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy,this paper expounds the safeguard measures from three aspects of human resources,project management and enterprise culture.The research results of this paper play a good guidance and ref erence role to the marketing work of domestic waste classified disposal business of Wanrong Science Company,which is beneficial to the business’ s market development and the steady realization of Wanrong Science Company’s development strategies.It is hoped that this study can also provide a reference for the marketing strategy design ing of the same type enterprises.
