Shale gas technology is a great revolution and breakthrough of the oil and gas industry in the 21 st century.After drilling and completion,the large-scale fracturing and acidizing operation is needed for the shale gas reservoir.The fracturing pressure design is very important for fracturing,if the pressure is small,we cannot reach the fracturing effect,if the pressure is big,other formation will be fractured,that will increase the cost and difficulty of fracturing and production.Core strength analysis of the shale gas reservoir can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the pressure design,so the core structure integrity is the key to coring operation.This article is about hard broken shale gas coring technology,which analyzed the technical difficulties of coring in this formation,designed a special coring tool,which solved the problems of coring in hard broken shale gas formation,effectively improve the quality of the cores and recovery rate.In addition,this paper also carried out a in-depth study on core quality improvement.It provides a basis for the accurate analysis of shale gas pressure state.In this paper,a variety of core quality improvement techniques are developed to improve the quality of core quality.
