Study On The Characteristics And Emergency Management Of Dense Crowds In South Luogu Lane

With the continuous development of social economy,modern city has a large crowd density,and various public places are active,attracting a large number of tourists to participate.If no effective measures are taken,it will be very easy to cause psychological panic,crowding and stampedes.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of stampede accidents in open public places has caused very serious consequences.South luogu Lane is a traditional cultural and tourism business block in Beijing.During the holidays,the number of tourists continues to rise.The aggregation of tourists makes possible a stampede accident in South luogu Lane block,causing potential safety hazard.In order to learn the lessons of the stampede accident in intensive places,this paper conducts a field survey on South luogu Lane in Beijing during the working days and holidays in 2016: 1)the crowd density of three blocks was investigated by video camera.The average crowd density at different time periods was obtained,and the trend of crowd density in Beijing South luogu Lane was analyzed;2)a questionnaire survey was conducted on visitors from Nanluogu Lane in Beijing,and 439 samples were obtained.The information of tourist time,meal,source of tourists and so on was analyzed;3)using laser rangefinder,the area of the main street of South luogu Lane in Beijing was counted.Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the results of four early warning threshold,prediction of crowd density data,and estimates the instantaneous maximum carrying capacity of scenic areas,scenic spots measured instantaneous maximum load,maximum load and area on the total number of tourists,provide the basis for the crowd monitoring and emergency management.Refer to the relevant emergency regulations to formulate the recommended documents?the emergency evacuation plan of South luogu Lane in Beijing?,from the purpose,basis,scope and principle of the compilation;Determine the main and relevant responsible persons of the emergency plan,and divide the responsibilities of each department;Carry out early warning monitoring and information transmission;Specific measures to begin emergency response work;Research and analysis of response upgrade and termination.To provide reference for the emergency evacuation of South luogu Lane in Beijing,it has certain practical value...
