In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,people's de-mand of hazardous chemical such as petroleum rise sharply,especially in the more prominent class petrochemical industry where accidents occur frequently.These accidents have caused incalculable loss to the economic development of China and social security,which has drawn great attention of the government and the social from all walks of life.To change this situation,I write this paper try to combine the intelligence inspection warning systems and contingency plans to improve contingency plans for scientific rationality,and thus we can be able to make the appropriate response quickly and accurately,taking emergency under control with efficiency,which will reduce people's life and property losses to the minimum.It is not only an effective measure to improve emergency plan management ability and level of effective measures,but also have significant influence on uncovering emergency treatment and emergency rescue quickly and efficiently.decreasing the loss which were caused by petroleum accident as well.Firstly, we would discuss current status of pipeline accidents emergency methods from domestic and overseas in detail,followed by the method of summarizing the advantages of emergency solution abroad,and combined with unique features on China's petroleum pipeline transportation of hazardous chemicals.Then we get some points that the results of hazardous chemicals.oil pipeline cause of the accident,and factors that may affect the problem in emergency rescue process,and structural equation model with factors affecting accident study conducted confirmatory analysis as well;Then,on form above,to build up a 24-hour real-time inspection of early warning systems, the index in this system is based on the combination of past data and actual data;And then to the theory of generalized stochastic Petri net modeling as the foundation,integrating with the intelligent inspection early warning system contingency plans.Considering the information is not indistinct and complexity in emergency rescue process,the concept of grey number of emergency rescue process modeling is needed,completing edition and simulation of the model. With the support of simulation tools in Petri net software Tina and pipe.Then subjected to simplify, according to the final properties of the simplified equivalent model for solving the steady-state probability gray probability,and whitening numbers in order to analyze and calculate the number of operation,then using the relevant principles of ash on the final performance of the model analysis.Finally,taking the actual case into application, the results showed that the number of gray generalized random Petri net assessment model and the proposed evaluation method for calculating petroleum hazardous chemical emergency plan evaluation is feasible.A combination of the intelligent Inspection warning system and the emergency re scue plan that rationalizes the rescue strategy, providing technical support to China's p-etro hazardous chemical pipeline emergency processing.
