In this paper, with the Shengli viscous crude oil and the mixed simulated oil as raw material, the steam distillation effect in the process of heavy oil steam drive was simulated through the steam distillation experiment device. The influence factors of the Shengli heavy oil steam distillation rate were investigated including the time of steam distillation effect, steam injection rate, temperature and pressure, steam dryness, core porosity, core oil saturation, species and dosage of chemical agents, and the viscosity of crude oil. And improving the effect methods of heavy oil steam distillation were researched, including by improving the steam injection rate, improving steam dryness, using superheated steam and the use of composite strengthening distillation additives.The results showed that heavy oil steam distillation rate gradually increased with the extension of working time in the process of steam flooding. The heavy oil steam distillation rate enhanced with the increase of steam injection rate and the steam temperature, the decrease of steam pressure. Under the saturated steam condition, the heavy oil steam distillation effect gets better with the increase of the core porosity and the core oil saturation. The heavy oil steam distillation rate increases with an increase in the amount of additives. In the selected eight distillation additives, the heavy oil steam distillation rate is highest under the action of PVP and nonionic HPAM auxiliary steam. The heavy oil steam distillation rate increases significantly by the use of nonionic surfactant and betaine type additives.Heavy oil steam distillation experiments showed that heavy oil steam distillation rate decreases with the increase of its own viscosity, and increases with the increase of the APIĀ°. Heavy oil steam distillation rate increases with the increase of the steam dryness. Increasing steam dryness cannot enhance the steam distillation rate significantly when the steam dryness is greater than 0.50. And the best range of steam dryness is between 0.40 ~ 0.45. For the different superheating temperature of superheated steam under the same pressure, the heavy oil steam distillation effect is better with the higher degree of superheat steam.Heavy oil steam distillation rate increases by the use of PVP, dodecyl dimethyl betaine and nonionic polyacrylamide compound with high fatty alcohols(C12- C14), rich aromatic oil, FCC slurry and fluorocarbon surfactant FC-16. Effect of compounding with strengthening distillation additive fluorocarbon surfactant is the best, followed by compounding with rich aromatic oil and FCC slurry oil. And the effect compounding with high fatty alcohols(C12-C14) is the lowest.
