After several decades of development in the western part of the pure oil zone in the Sabei Development Area of Daqing Oil Field,it is currently in the mining stage of extra-high water cut period.The residual oil is highly fragmented due to reservoir heterogeneity and other factors,and the remaining oil is predicted and effectively developed.The increasing difficulty has seriously affected the economic benefits of the oilfield.In order to improve the development effect of the research area,it is necessary to finely tap the remaining oil on the edge of the fault.By carrying out the well-shock combined structure understanding work,a total of 49 small and large faults were identified.The practice of the block development shows that the remaining oil in the fault zone is still relatively enriched under extremely high water cut conditions.Due to the large differences in fault characteristics and sand body characteristics,the relationship between faults and sand body configurations under different tectonic settings is quite different from the control effect of remaining oil.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of the cause of faults,the following methods are used to complete the optimization of the potential areas:(1)Identify the macroscopically favorable areas of structures and reservoirs through the fracture,structure,and reservoir distribution characteristics in the study area;(2)Judging the plane of the fracture,Vertical growth law,determine the position of the transformation structure and paleostructure transformation position;(3)Determine the favorable sand body development site,combine with the sand body distribution characteristics of the sedimentary unit,find out the location of development of the sand body within the local structure;(4)Combine the remaining oil saturation,the potential area is optimal.Through the optimization of the high-efficiency well pattern in the potential area,a large-displacement directional well was finally determined at the edge of the fault,and a numerical simulation model suitable for the study area was established.By comparing the well layout of the faults and the upper and lower plates,the distance between the large displacement directional well and the fault plane,and the oil production and moisture content at different distances from the oil and water wells,the well trajectory of large displacement directional wells was selected.Based on this,the study area was summarized.There are three typical modes of the well pattern around the fault,and the optimization of different well locations under the three modes is carried out.Finally,the optimal well location in different modes is determined,and the favorable tapping potential of the remaining oil is completed.
