Molybdenum disulfide,because of its unique piece of layered structure,shows its lubrication and the excellent properties of flame retardant,etc,and has the extremely widespread application in life and production.Silicon is a non-metallic element in the earth's crust.polysilanes are mainly composed of silicon atoms and have excellent physical and chemical properties.If polysilane grafted into molybdenum disulfide,a new type of polysilane-disulphide functional material could be formed.In this paper,two methods of grafting,covalent grafting and traditional grafting method,were preparated of molybdenum disulfide grafted with polysilane complexes.The traditional grafting method is based on molybdenum disulfide delamination generated S vacancies,S atoms in mercapto can replace S vacancies to form molybdenum disulfide grafting complex.Covalent grafting method is based on molybdenum disulfide delamination with a negative charge react with the positive molecules to form molybdenum disulfide grafting complex.In this paper,two kinds of MoS2-g-PSI composite were prepared by traditional grafting method.The MoS2-g-PSI composite was characterized by IR,UV and EDS.The results showed that grafted polysilane existed in MoS2-g-PSI complex.SEM characterization results can clearly see the grafted polysilane morphology,XPS characterization results show that the structure of 1T phase structure of the MoS2content increased,higher than the delamination MoS2,indicating that grafting makes MoS2 with 1T phase exist stably,which proved that the grafting was successful.The conductivity of MoS2-g-PSI composite was tested and the results showed that the conductivity of MoS2 grafted with polysilane was improved.Fourteen kinds of grafted molybdenum disulfide complexes were prepared by covalent grafting method.The MoS2-PSI composite was characterized by IR,XRD and EDS.The results showed that grafted polysilane existed in MoS2-PSI complex.The SEM and TEM characterization results also clearly show the grafted polysilane morphology.The XPS characterization results show that the content of MoS2 in 1T phase is higher than that in MoS2,which indicates that MoS2 with 1T phase grafted can be stably.The XPS results show that the binding energy is 101.9eV Peak,indicating the presence of Si-S bonds in the composite material,and polysilane and molybdenum disulfide covalent grafting success.The conductivity of MoS2-PSI composite was tested.The results showed that the conductivity of MoS2 grafted with polysilane was improved,and the conductive properties of MoS2 grafted linear,dendritic and reticular polysilane enhanced sequentially.
