Carbide cemented has many advantages of high hardness,good wear resistance and high temperature resistance is widely applied in the field of cutting,micro texture as a bionic structure design,it is machined on the cutting tool surface can reduce friction,reduce the cutting process of cutting temperature and prolong the service life of the cutting tool and improve the quality of workpiece surface and many other advantages.Based on this background,the first micro texture processing finite element physical model was established,analyzed the mechanism of interaction between laser and materials.The heat transfer model of laser processing and the model of thermal stress analysis are established.The heat source model of the laser processing micro texture and the boundary condition of the model in the process are determined.Secondly,by using Ansys finite element analysis software,the distribution of temperature and stress fields inside the material under different laser processing parameters and micro texture size parameters is studied respectively.The results showed that with the increase of laser power,material surface temperature and stress range are increased;with the increase of laser scanning speed,and with the results;the increase of laser spot diameter,the instantaneous temperature decreases,the range of influence of stress changes little;texture spacing increases,remained unchanged between texture affected by temperature increases,should remain constant force range increased after the first.Through the single factor influence on the friction and wear test,load and sliding speed on friction performance,determine the friction parameters for friction 80 N,friction speed is 80r/min.The orthogonal experiment was designed.The hard alloy samples with different micro texture parameters were prepared by laser,and the friction and wear tests were carried out under the constant friction parameters.The results show that Laser power P has the greatest influence on friction coefficient and friction force,the second is scanning speed V,followed by texture spacing L,and texture diameter D has the smallest influence on friction coefficient and friction force.According to the range analysis and variance analysis results,determine the best combination of parameters in orthogonal test for P=40W,V=150mm/s,D=60 ?m,L=250 ?m.By the combined method of fatigue wear theory and experiments,the results showed that the micro surface texture compared to the smooth surface,the surface fatigue wear can be decreased by 38.4%;based on the SEM,respectively,on the fatigue wear mechanism of smooth surface micro texture sample and the sample table is analyzed.In the process of friction and wear,cemented carbide micro texture has the function of storing abrasive debris,thus slowing down the wear of friction pairs and improving the fatigue performance of materials.
