Investigating the wettability of the tool surface made of cemented carbide is of great significance to improve its working life and quality.The femtosecond laser is used to process micro-textures on the surface of the cemented carbide tool YT15.Optical microscope,optical profilometer and contact Angle measuring instrument were used to measure the 3D morphology and contact Angle of the samples.The influence of different laser parameters and micro-texture parameters on the surface morphology and contact angle of YT15 carbide was studied.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The surface roughness coefficient of textured cemented carbide YT15 increases with the increase of average power and scanning times.The surface roughness coefficient of textured cemented carbide YT15 decreases with the increase of pit spacing.Cosine of contact Angle is positively correlated with surface roughness factor.(2)Based on the ISO25178 three-dimensional surface roughness system,the correlation between morphology parameters and wettability was studied.The results show that with the increase of average power and scanning times,the arithmetic average height S_a increases,the kurtosis decreases,and the skewness increases.The smaller the kurtosis,the greater the skewness and the better the surface hydrophilicity.(3)The influence of lubricating medium on the surface morphology of cutting tool was studied by linear friction and wear test of ball and disk.The results show that under the cutting fluid lubrication condition,the average friction coefficient from high to low is the micro-pit texture tool,the square pit texture tool and the groove texture tool.Under the condition of lubricating oil,the average friction coefficient from the highest to the lowest is the micro-pit texture tool,the square pit texture tool and the groove texture tool.(4)In this paper,the wear morphology changes and wear causes of micro-textured surface tools are observed and analyzed.The experimental results show that the grooves on the surface of the micro-textured tool can effectively reduce the wear between the tool and the friction pair,and improve the wear resistance of the tool.Under different lubrication working conditions,the wear degree and average friction coefficient on different micro-texture surfaces are mainly determined by the type of micro-texture,and the order of friction coefficient is unchanged with the change of lubricating oil.The smaller the surface contact Angle,the smaller the average friction coefficient and the lighter the surface wear.
