In the process of machining parts,the high temperature caused by grinding can cause burns and even crack,which seriously affects the performance and life of the product.But at present domestic factory detection method adopted by the sampling test is one of the traditional pickling method,is the damage detection and there are more error,there is no guarantee that large quantities of one by one test,the risk of missing.At present,the non-destructive testing technology based on barkhausen effect is developing,which has the advantages of nondestructive testing,rapid and accurate.This paper studies the mechanism of grinding burn ferromagnetic materials and testing principle of grinding burn,analyses the grinding burn changes the stress and hardness of the material properties,shows the MBN signal is increased with the increase of tensile stress,hardness decreases with increasing;According to the design of the sensor,COMSOL software was used to study the different design parameters on the sensor acquisition signal strength,first of all,by changing the excitation coil current,the number of turns and the length of the magnetic circuit research and the relationship between the acquisition signal to determine its design size,and then to study the change of contact and sensor coil winding way end on its acquisition signal,finally the optimum magnetization of the frequency and the design of the shielding layer width at the same time made a convenient design APP subsequent improvement of sensor.Based on the simulation results,the sensor has been produced,and the experimental results show that the signal has high anti-interference ability and sensitivity,which indicates the effectiveness and rationality of the design method.Because the signal collected is very weak,it is easy to be disturbed,to improve its anti-interference and sensitivity.Designed the hardware circuit for signal amplification and filtering processing,to the upper machine and write the Labview program for signal characteristic value,ringing number,average and root mean square(envelope)and pulse peak distribution analysis.
