Commonly used concrete gravel and pebbles natural aggregate(NA)and the fine aggregate is non-renewable mineral resources,but our country is now undergoing a period of great development of urbanization construction in full swing,recycled concrete is widely used in engineering also accord with the development of energy conservation and environmental protection concept.Using carbonated by CO2,wrapped by cement past and crapped by cemen after carbonated.After treatment we get R1,R2and R3.The physical and mechanical properties of R1,R2 and R3 were analyzed and the physical and mechanical properties of natural aggregates,recycled aggregates and regenerated aggregates were analyzed.The original regeneration bone,R1,R2 and R3were prepared with 30%,70%and 100%.The results of the study show that:(1)Compared with R0,the performance improvement of R1 is not obvious.R2crushing index has obvious improvement,but its water absorption rate and apparent density are significantly increased relative to the original R0,especially the water absorption rate,which increases by 30.6%.The performance of R3 was improved obviously,and the crushing index decreased by 13.9%.The effect of carbon coating is optimal.(2)Compared with R0 regenerated concrete,R1,R2 and R3 decreased by 0.7percent when the replacement rate was 70 percent,and the compressive strength of R2decreased by 10.1%,and the compressive strength of R3 increased by 5.7%.R3 can improve the compressive resistance of recycled concrete.(3)Compared with R0 regenerated concrete,R1,R2 and R3 increased by 5.3%when the replacement rate was 70%,and the R1 splitting tensile strength increased by5.3%,and the tensile strength of R2 increased by 5.7%,and the R3 splitting tensile strength increased by 11.9%.R3 has the best effect to improve the tensile strength of recycled concrete.(4)Compared with R0 regenerated concrete,R1,R2 and R3 increased by 1.6%when the replacement rate was 70%,R1 was increased by 1.6%,R2 increased by 1.5%,and R3 was increased by 3.3%.
