| Where there is continuous iterative renewal of the building,there is a moumtian of a mountain of waste concrete,which is not only not fully utilized in a rational way,but also causes pollution damage to the environment.If the waste concrete can be broken,cleaned and screened,and then used as recycled aggregate,mixed back into recycled concrete and put into practical use,it will not only generate huge economic value of the project,but also be more environmentally friendly and save resources.Based on the practical background of the recycling application of waste concrete,this paper studies the relationship between the physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate--the basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete--the uniaxial compression and flexural tensile constitutive relationship of recycled concrete as the main technical research route.First of all,for the production of recycled coarse aggregate of recycled concrete apparent density,water absorption,physical properties such as robustness,and crushed value of recycled coarse aggregate and abrasion value test research on the mechanical properties such as,and the corresponding physical and mechanics properties with the natural aggregate were analyzed,to explore the differences of two physical and mechanical properties of aggregate,analysis of recycled coarse aggregate on the properties of recycled concrete mechanics favorable factors and adverse E_ffects,providing foundation for the application of recycled aggregates.Then to science systematically verify feasibility and analysis about the application prospect of the application of recycled concrete,from the perspective of utility engineering and research representative design 5 kinds of replacement ratio(0%,25%,50%,75%,100%)and three kinds of water cement ratio(0.38,0.42,0.46)as a uniform experimental research variables,the main production 150mm×150mm×150mm cube and 150mm×150 mm×550 mm prism of two kinds of standard specimens,a total of 216 specimens,Experimental studies were carried out on the compressive strength of recycled concrete cube,the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete cube and the abrasion value of recycled concrete.Recycled concrete strength under uniaxial compression and bending tensile constitutive relation,the recycled concrete,loaded by axial compressive strength test and bending test,research and analysis axis of recycled concrete compressive strength,elastic modulus,flexural strength,uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve and the constitutive equation and the bending tensile stress-strain curve and the constitutive equation.Through this article research,provided technical r E_ference and data support to the actual production of the recycled aggregates and recycled concrete using;compared and analyzed the influence changes of mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete systematically;and the relationship between uniaxial compression and flexural tensile stress and strain of recycled concrete was analyzed by experiments and equation fitting,which provided support for the modification of design parameters of recycled concrete and the application of numerical simulation analysis. |
