In recent years,coal mine safety tracking and monitoring system has been widely used.Due to the complex underground environment,if the monitoring equipment is more,the higher the requirements for the system,the higher the construction cost and the various costs,and the more difficult it is to maintain.Therefore,in order to reduce the number of downhole monitoring equipment and reduce the construction cost,we propose a radio frequency identification(Coal Mine Safety)tracking and monitoring system.RFID-based coal mine safety tracking and monitoring system is the use of RFID technology to achieve real-time tracking of miners positioning,while the use of sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of underground environmental data,the study can effectively control the occurrence of coal mine safety incidents.The core task of coal mine safety tracking and monitoring system research is to accurately monitor underground miners while monitoring the underground environment in real time.In this paper,the integrated use of RFID radio frequency identification technology to solve the above problems,the main contents are as follows:(1)The optimization of multi-point localization algorithm for downhole personnel is proposed.Since the positioning estimation position is determined by each positioning node,the positioning position is optimized by each positioning node,and when the positioning error is larger than the model threshold value,the positioning node is deleted and the positioning node is not located.At the same time in each iteration process,positioning ranging signal is constantly optimized,abnormal fluctuations in signal reduction,positioning accuracy.(2)Design an RFID reader that integrates various types of sensors.The CC2530 chip,which integrates the powerful 8051 processor and RF transceiver,is used as the processor module and radio frequency module of the reader,and the conversion circuit of all kinds of sensors is designed to integrate the sensor on the reader.(3)Design the well safety monitoring system.According to the number of employees,you can query the current location of the staff and its historical trajectory;according to the roadway or operating area code to query the road or operating area of each period of environmental data;miners personal information,underground Coal mine geographic information,RFID tag information and RFID reader information management(increase,delete,change,check)and accident prevention and first aid.The sensor is integrated into the RFID reader,and the uphole safety monitoring system based on optimization algorithm is designed.It realizes the real time monitoring of the downhole environment while accurately locating the underground miners,reducing the number of downhole monitoring equipment and reducing the construction cost.The proposed multi-point location optimization algorithm for downhole personnel can reduce the positioning error and improve the positioning accuracy.The research results show that the system can effectively control the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents and reduce the loss of personnel and property.
