In this paper,using palladium chloride and aniline as raw materials,APS as oxidant,and SDS as surfactant,five kinds of Pd/PANI nanocomposites doped with different acids including the inorganic acid?HCl,H2SO4,H3PO4?and organic acids?SSA,DBSA?were prepared by the in situ reduction method of Polyanilinethe under the dark condition.The microstructure and morphology of five kinds of acid doped Pd/PANI nanocomposites were characterized by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FT-IR?,ultraviolet visible spectroscopy?UV-vis?,X ray diffraction?XRD?and field emission scanning electron microscopy?FESEM?,and the formation mechanism is also discussed.In addition,the four point probe method was used to test and analyze the conductivity of five kinds of acid doped samples,and the electrocatalytic activity and stability of the modified glassy carbon with samples for CH3OH and C2H5OH in the 1.0M KOH solution were analyzed by the CV curve and I-t curve.The results of the study are as follows:?1?Inorganic acid?HCl,H2SO4,H3PO4?and organic acids?SSA,DBSA?were doped to prepare Pd/PANI nanocomposites,which were jasper,emerald,brown-green,brown-green and black,and the microstructure of the micromorphology is short fiber,near-spherical,flower,Rectangular thin slice and irregular small block.?2?Through the handheld four probe tester,the surface conductivity of five kinds of acid doped Pd/PANI nanocomposites is respectively H 3PO4:0.96S/m,HCl:2.53S/m,H2SO4:2.80S/m,DBSA:4.24S/m,SSA:7.25S/m.Compared with the acid free doping sample?the conductivity is 0.03S/m?,the conductivity has been significantly improved?from 32 to 241.7 times?.Moreover,the effect of organic acid doping on the conductivity of materials is better than that of inorganic acids.?3?Through CV tests,it is found that five kinds of Pd/PANI nanocomposites after acid doped with all good electrocatalytic prope rties for methanol and ethanol,and no matter the electrocatalysis of methanol or ethanol,five kinds of acid doped samples of the CV peak current values were in the order of SSA>DBSA>HCl>H2SO4>H3PO4;and through timing current tests,it is found that the initial current values in the I-t curves of the five kinds of acid doped samples are all SSA>DBSA>HCl>H2SO4>H3PO4,no matter the electrocatalysis of methanol or ethanol,it is the opposite of the order of the electrocatalytic activity and the value of the electrical conductivity.
