During the mining process of deep inclined coal seam face,its roof movement and pressure are different from mining horizontal coal seam,and the roof control and disaster-causing mechanism are more complicated.For the upper area of the working face,the coal wall is easy to flank,the bottom drum is serious,the two gangs move closer,the roof pressure is obvious,and the roof pressure disaster is more likely to occur than the middle and lower areas.In order to understand and master the law of roof pressure in deep inclined coal seam face,the distribution law of support resistance,the distribution law of leading support stress and the deformation law of surrounding rock of two roadways,Comparing the similarities and differences between the pressures of different areas in the direction of the working face,and comparing the intensity of the pressures of the material road and the Liuzi road,To further provide a basis for the control of surrounding rocks,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the characteristics of roof pressure in deep inclined coal seam face.In this paper,the 94101 working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background.Through on-site measurement,numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and other research methods,the rule of roof migration and rock pressure appearance in deep inclined coal seam working face is analyzed,and the surrounding rock is proposed.The main results of the control plan are as follows:(1)Through the actual measurement research on the mining pressure law of inclined coal seam working face,it is obtained that the roof movement and mining pressure law show asymmetric and time-sequence characteristics,Along the direction of the working face,the characteristic parameters of the working resistance of the hydraulic support in different areas are different,and the working resistance and dynamic load coefficient of the support are the largest when the upper area comes under pressure;Along the direction of the working face,the material channel has a larger peak value of the leading support stress and stress than the zizi road,the peak position is closer to the working surface,and the displacement of the top and bottom plates and the two groups of displacements are greater,so that the material channel and the working surface Areas are more prone to shocks.(2)Through the study of the overburden migration and failure law during mining of inclined coal seam face,it explains the stronger mechanical mechanism of the upper part of the working face and the material pressure,and the leading bearing pressure and the upper section goaf The lateral support pressure in the area is superimposed.Under the effect of the superimposed support pressure,the stress release in the upper area of the working face in this section increases,causing the surrounding rock of the roadway to deform violently.The relationship between the filling characteristics of the empty area and the surrounding rock of the support.(3)Through the numerical simulation research of inclined coal seam working face,the vertical stress and vertical displacement of the working face along the strike and inclination direction during the mining process of inclined coal seam face are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the mined area in the upper section will affect this area The mining of the section affects the stress value and displacement of the upper region,and the stress relief and roof displacement of the upper region are larger than those of the middle and lower regions,which is basically consistent with the measured data.(4)Through the research of surrounding rock control technology in inclined coal seam mining,targeted mine pressure control methods are given.For the lower area of the working face,directional roof deep hole blasting measures should be taken;For the upper area of the working surface,the roof of this area needs to be weakened;Aiming at the problems of the easy-to-slip support of sloping coal face,gangue splashing and surrounding rock control of advanced roadway,the installation of anti-falling anti-skid jacks,the installation of gangue curtains and protective nets,the implementation of advanced pre-splitting blasting,coal seam water injection,large Diameter drilling and other specific measures.
