Shuyi area of shuguang oilfield is located in panshan county,panshan county,and the east of the land is 13.5 km southwest of shuguang oil production plant.The area is low-lying,and the average elevation is about 2 ~ 4m.The tectonic position is located in the east part of the west slope of the west depression of the western depression of the liao river.In the west and north,there were 210 blocks,and the east was 74 blocks,and the southeast was adjacent to D223.Overall development deployment in blocks and capacity building for year by year,the bottom water coning affected the block development effect,and make the blocks in the main body of the reservoir pressure slash,block way of capacity to replace uncertain,so all sorts of contradictions,for the stability of the block development has brought a lot of difficulty,the whole development of the block is limited by the obvious.Takanawa steam drive technology is of heavy oil reservoir after steam stimulation to achieve stable production replacement method,on the near wellbore area of steam stimulation can only be produced by heating crude oil recovery factor is in commonly 25%,interwell formed the enrichment of remaining oil.Steam drive differs from that of steam stimulation,it is on the basis of steam stimulation,made up of steam injection Wells and production Wells injection-production well spacing,displacement of oil by steam injection well to production,effective exploitation of interwell remaining oil,so as to improve recovery factor.So for many of the contradictions in blocks,in order to improve the recovery efficiency and stable production,clear and reasonable capacity to replace way,push block development mode change as soon as possible,the decision to select the blocks in the steam flooding pilot test,for steam flooding can provide reasonable data support in the block.In order to expand in the later development of steam drive expanded experiment and large-scale production,the role of the pilot is very important,is the key to the future development step,and to improve block recovery factor and so on the maximization of the long-term stable yield and economic benefits have very important significance.In this paper,the general situation of D239 and the geological characteristics and the geological reserves of the oil layer are studied.After through the indoor experiment,the mechanism of mining of heavy oil steam drive in the district,so as to reveal the after takanawa times throughput by steam flooding to further improve the theoretical basis and technical principle of heavy oil recovery.Through the geological modeling and historical fitting,this paper conducts a numerical simulation of the steam flooding of D239,which guides the field construction of steam flooding,the adjustment of the steam drive plan,and the prediction of the steam drive effect.The optimal method was developed,and the injection parameters were designed.Finally,the design of the pilot scheme of the steam flooding pilot project was completed.
