At present,the domestic digital oilfield construction is in full swing.Taking Qingxin oilfield as an example,the digital operation management system has been established on the basis of the achievements of the oilfield digital construction.The management system greatly improves the digital level of the oil field and the production efficiency of the oil field,and greatly reduces the human cost.But in the actual operation of the digital management system,there are two main deficiencies.The first is that the system only transfers the work of the grass-roots workers to the PC machine of the production command center and fails to play the automatic control function of the computer intelligent controller.Secondly,a large number of data collection is transferred to the upper computer of the command center by the communication link every day,and the remote control instruction is reached by the upper computer,and the control authority is too centralized.Once the communication link breaks down or the power failure occurs,the production process of the oil field will be out of control,resulting in significant economic losses.Based on the shortage of the current digital management system control mode,this project makes full use of the preliminary results of the oilfield digital construction,research and develop the distributed intelligent water injection system based on RTU,and realize the automatic control process of the water injection process in the oilfield,and make the oil field move from Digitalization to intelligence.Starting from the actual demand of system control in water distribution system,this research focuses on the distributed control system and selects the development platform of the distributed control system.The control system in the water distribution is mainly divided into two parts: the upper computer and the lower computer.The upper computer realizes the display and setting of the operating parameters of the system.Therefore,this subject has designed the data setting of the upper computer display and the display interface of the acquisition and operation parameters;the lower computer realizes the data collection and analysis,and the control instruction is sent to the operation set.Therefore,the control strategy of the water injection system is completed in this project.The Calman filter is used to denoise the data collected in the field instrument.The system function is trained by the BP neural network,and the fuzzy PI control is introduced to optimize the control algorithm,and the Matlab simulation model is established to verify the algorithm.Effectiveness.Finally,the designed control system is used to test the function of water distribution inthe oil field,to verify the rationality of the control strategy and to test the stability and reliability of the control system.After a long time test and the continuous improvement of the discovery problem,the system has already realized the application in the water distribution of the oil field,and started the automatic control of the intelligent water injection in the water distribution of the domestic oil fields.
