In newly built power plants in recent years,closed coal storage structures have been gradually adopted.The barrel coal bunker and the round coal yard have been widely used due to their outstanding advantages.The coal-fired side pressure is the main input parameter for the structural design of the silo and the round coal yard.The correctness of the coal-fired side pressure calculation directly affects the safety and economy of the coal storage structure.However,due to the fact that coal is a kind of bulk material,it has quite complex mechanical properties.Currently,there are few studies on the characteristics of coal particles.On the other hand,many scholars at home and abroad have studied the storage pressure in the silo,but there are differences in calculation theory.There is no definite conclusion on the applicability of the calculation formula for coal-fired storage materials,and the research on the coal-fired side pressure in round coal fields is less,and more is based on silo storage pressure formula and engineering design experience.In the calculation of coal-fired side pressure,there is no very effective calculation method.In order to obtain the coal's constitutive relationship,the axial compression test of the coal under lateral restraint conditions is designed to determine the stress-strain relationship when the coal is compressed in the axial direction,and the stress and strain are measured using the Cauchy stress respectively.Strain;analysis of the characteristics of the coal-fired constitutive relations,finishing:the logarithm of the volumetric stress and the volumetric strain are approximately linear,and the logarithm of the deviatoric stress is also approximately linear with the deviatoric strain.It is also in line with the stress-strain relationship of the materials pointed out in the elastic theory of porous media;based on the elastic constitutive model of porous media,the general expressions of bulk modulus and shear modulus of coal are obtained through linear regression analysis.The coal-side pressures of the silo and the round coal yard were studied using finite element numerical methods.The effects of water content,coal type and coal storage structure size on the coal-side pressure distribution were analyzed,and silos and rounds were revised.Coal mine side pressure calculation formula.
