Solid phase microextraction(SPME)is a new kind of green and solvent-free sample pretreatment technology.It has attracted much attention because of its rapid extraction,high efficiency and easy combination with other ananlytical instruments.The key point of technology is the fiber coating.Up to now,some commercial coating have been developed for sample pretreatment.However,the extraction efficiency,stability and selectivity of them are still flawed.In recent years,MOPs has attracted much attention in the field of SPME coatings.As two kinds of typical MOPs materials,porous aromatic framework(PAFs)are polymerized from aromatic monomers by strong covalent bonds and have great potential in the field of adsorption.Covalent organic framework(COFs)are constructed from light-weight elements by strong covalent bonds including rigid structural unit with neat arrangement and their surface chemistry characteristics can be regulated by chemical means.In this paper,PAF and COF materials as SPME coatings and were used for determination additive agent combined with gas chromatography.1.Chan-Lam reaction was employed to the preparation of a PAF material and the PAF material was used as SPME fiber for the determination of antioxidants and preservatives in cosmetics.The method showed good linearity ranged from 0.02 to 500 mg L–1 with correlation coefficients(r)varied from 0.9907 to 0.9972.Relatives standard deviations(RSDs)for one fiber ranged from 1.2% to 7.2%(n = 6)while those for three different fibers(n = 3)were in the range between 4.3% and 11.0%.The fiber was successfully employed to the determination of antioxidants and preservatives in cosmetic samples with recoveries of 81.5%–110.2%.2.The building block based on 2,4,6-triphenoxy-1,3,5-triazines(TPT)was used for constructing a novel hetroporous covalent organic framework(TPT-COF).TPT-COF was used as SPME fiber for determination phthalate esters(PAEs)in juice sample.The method showed good linearity ranged from 0.01 to 100 ?g L–1 with correlation coefficients(r)varied from 0.9900 to 0.9985.Relatives standard deviations(RSDs)for one fiber ranged from 0.83% to 4.72%(n=6)while those for three different fibers(n=3)were in the range between 3.08% and10.90%.The fiber was successfully employed to the determination of antioxidants and preservatives in juice samples with recoveries of 79.4%–110.3%.
