Rice noodles is a traditional Chinese snack,but also in southern provinces,people often eat rice products.With the improvement of people’s healthy eating concept and the increase of market demand,most of the domestic rice noodle manufacturers have started the automated process of rice noodle production in order to improve the output and quality.However,compared with other rice noodles production process,cutting is still in the manual operation stage,high labor intensity,high risk,and low production efficiency,poor cutting quality.Although,at home and abroad at the same strip of food noodles have more cutting processing research and development of the corresponding automation products,but due to the tough nature of rice noodles,rice noodle cutting and its research is still in the blank phase.In order to solve the problem of difficult to cut rice noodles,this project aims to develop an automatic cutting machine for noodle and design the corresponding control system.It is of great significance to realize automation and standardization of rice noodle cutting.With the automatic cutting of rice noodle as the research object,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the automatic cutting of rice noodles,formulates the corresponding cutting and processing steps,studies the mechanical structure of the realization of the automation scheme and determines the overall scheme of the control system on this basis.Through the PLC controller,Servo system,pneumatic system,sensors and man-machine interface to achieve high-efficiency,high-quality automatic cutting.According to the overall control program and control requirements,the control system hardware design and software design.Including the PLC,touch screen,servo system,cylinder and sensor hardware selection,according to the selection results and the control object requirements of the electrical system design: the main circuit,control loop,servo system and stepper system circuit.PLC programming uses the modular design concept to develop a new automatic program suitable for this cutting process to improve the productivity of automated processing with high reliability and high flexibility features,using serial communication to achieve touch screen and PLC data communication.On-site commissioning and improvement after the overall design assembly of the equipment was completed,correcting some of the column assembly and design issues.Taking the "counting in" as an example,this paper illustrates the improvement made by the all-in-one during the commissioning phase and studies the high efficiency and stability of the all-in-one by comparing the three versions of the turning mechanism.Through continuous debugging and improvement,one machine has been realized on the automatic processing of rice noodles,the current stable operation of the machine,won the praise of the enterprise.
