80MN sponge titanium electrode hydraulic press is mainly used for EB furnace smelting square column block and consumptive furnace round electrode block press forming.The press adopts a continuous working system with a single working time of not less than 24 hours.In this paper,combined with the structure and working characteristics of the sponge titanium electrode hydraulic press,a remote fault diagnosis method was proposed,and a remote communication system with B/S framework was established to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the sponge titanium hydraulic press and improve the overall reliability of the product.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the sponge titanium hydraulic press,the composition and working characteristics of each system are introduced.According to the work of each system,the major faults are classified,and the cause of the fault is analyzed to form a fault table.Combined with the theory and method of rough set,the fault prediction and decision-making table of sponge titanium hydraulic press was established.Using the rough set reduction method,the redundant condition attributes in the sponge titanium hydraulic press are reduced,redundant condition attributes are deleted,and the system calculation amount is reduced.Generate the simplest failure prediction decision table.(2)Combining support vector machine and the simplest fault prediction decision table,the decision tree with directed acyclic graph method is established.The classifier with the largest difference among the sample set's conditional attributes is the root classifier,which avoids the error accumulation effect.The main parameters affecting the accuracy of the genetic algorithm are analyzed.Based on the orthogonal experiment method,the reasonable number of initial populations and iterations of the genetic algorithm in the fault diagnosis model for the sponge titanium hydraulic press is optimized.(3)According to the work characteristics of the sponge titanium hydraulic press,the on-site monitoring system was designed.The PLC system was used as the execution system and the host computer was the main control system.The data communication between the PLC system and the host computer was established using OPC technology.Four databases such as user management,fault information,history faults,and hydraulic machine status information were established.Fields and primary keys for each database were designed,and the operation of the database was implemented according to specific requirements.(4)Based on the Beckhoff system,a remote monitoring system experiment platform was built.The effectiveness of the fault diagnosis model of the sponge titanium hydraulic press proposed in this paper was verified by the experimental platform,and compared with the neural network algorithm and the support vector machine algorithm to verify the superiority of the proposed method.Sex;using the experimental platform for instance communication of a remote communication system to verify the feasibility of the remote communication system.
