Because of their unique properties,1,2,3-triazole and their derivatives are widely used in coordination chemistry,material chemistry and medicinal chemistry.In order to obtain some novel compounds,the modification of the 1,2,3-triazole ring is also becoming more and more vital.Scientists focused on synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles metal complexes and new methods for the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives.In this work,we firstly synthesized a bis-triazole containing pyridyl and obtained its metal complexes with Ru(II).Furthemore,a series of 1-aryl-4-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized and modified at their 5-posotion by the new protocol we put forward.There are two innovative results:(1)2,6-bis(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridine and 2,6-bis(2-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridine were synthesized by three steps and five steps partly when 2,6-dibromopyridine was starting material.Moreover,their Ru(II)-complexes were prepared.The crystals of 2,6-bis(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridine and its Ru(II)-complex were taken.(2)A novel strategy of synthesizing 1,5-diaryl-4-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazoles was proposed when a series of 1-aryl-4-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazoles and aryl halide were starting materials.The reaction condition is mild,simple and efficient and could be applied to a wide range of substrates in the meanwhile the yield could be up to 99%.This provides a new protocol for the modification of 5-position of 1,2,3-triazoles.
