Triazoles are important N-heterocycles which was widely used in biological science,material science and medicinal chemistry.Moreover,they also have been served as significant chelates,catalysts,directing groups and carbene precursors in organic synthesis.Thus,the development of efficient methods for the construction of these useful compounds is of great significance.This paper contains two parts:The first part?chapter 2?:based on the?acid of NIS,we present herein a NIS-mediated intermolecular coupling reactions of allenamides with NH-1,2,3-triazoles to regioselective synthesis of N?2?-allyl-1,2,3-triazoles.The second part?chapter 3?:microwave synthesis and application of fluorescent probes containing triazole schiff base.The specific research contents mainly include the following four parts:?1?The regioselective intermolecular coupling reactions of allenamides with NH-1,2,3-triazoles were directly carried out under the mediation of NIS.Through the screening of activating reagent,solvent,feed ratios and other influencing factors,the best reaction conditions were determined.?2?Employing the optimized conditions,we investigated the scope of the allenamides and NH-1,2,3-triazoles substrates through changing the functional groups.A serious of N?2?-allyl-1,2,3-triazoles were efficiently formed in good yields.The structures of all the products were confirmed by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,IR and HRMS.?3?To further demonstrate the potential application of this protocol,the product was reacted with phenyl acetylene and vinyl tributylstannane under Sonagashira and Stille cross-coupling conditions.?4?Microwave synthesis of fluorescent probes containing triazole schiff base and its application in aluminum ion discrimination.We found that the fluorescent probes have potential application through the test with the real water sample.
