In this paper,nylon12(PA12)/chloroprene rubber(CR),polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/CR,nylon6(PA6)/chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)were prepared via dynamic vulcanization method.The main results are shown as follows.(1)PA12/CR high-toughness alloys were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method.The effects of PF,S,DCP and MgO-ZnO were used as vulcanizing agents,and rubber/plastics ratio on properties of toughened PA12 were studied.The result of mechanical property measurement,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that the MgO-ZnO was used as vulcanization system(The system ratio is 4:5),and the dynamically vulcanized PA12/CR(70/30)blends possesses satisfactory properties.The tensile strength and notched impact strength are higher than those of the unvulcanized PA12/CR(70/30)blends by 37%and 91%,which is due to the dynamic vulcanization increased the compatibility of PA12 and CR.Dynamic vulcanization also improves the thermal stability of PA12/CR alloys,the crystallization temperature of PA12,and the crystallization rate.(2)PVC/CR high-toughness alloys were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method.The effects of PF,S,DCP and MgO-ZnO were used as vulcanizing agents,and rubber/plastics ratio on properties of toughened PVC were studied.The result of mechanical property measurement,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that the MgO-ZnO was used as vulcanization system(The system ratio is 4:5),the dynamically vulcanized PVC/CR(80/20)blends possesses satisfactory properties.Its tensile strength and notched impact strength are increased by 16.89%and 690%respectively compared with unvulcanized PVC/CR(80/20)alloy.Dynamic vulcanization is also improved.Thermal stability of PVC/CR alloys are also improved because of dynamic vulcanization.(3)PA6/CIIR high-toughness alloys were prepared by dynamic vulcanization method.The effects of PF,S,DCP were used as vulcanizing agents,and rubber/plastics ratio on properties of toughened PA6 were studied.The result of mechanical property measurement,dynamic mechanical analysis.(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that the PF was used as vulcanization system,the dynamically vulcanized PA6/CIIR(80/20)blends possesses satisfactory properties.Preferably,the tensile strength and notched impact strength of the PA6/CIIR(80/20)alloy are increased by 61%and 468%.The dynamic vulcanization also improves the thermal stability of the PA6/CIIR alloy and also inproves the crystallization temperature of PA6 and its crystallization rate.
