The Influence And Analysis Of The Thyroid Function In The Practitioners

Objective:This article is mainly aimed at long-term engaged in the study of thyroid function for radiation workers,through the analysis from personnel of course of thyroid FT?,FT₄ and TSH levels,the effects of which provide the basis for perfecting the related national standards and industry standards.Methods:The study was based on a total of 495 people in a hospital in suzhou who were active in the medical radiotherapy group.By immune chemiluminescence method correlation quad and a control three iodine in serum free thyroid original glycine（FT?）and free thyroxine（FT₄）astute and thyroid-stimulating hormone（TSH）,and statistical analysis.Results:According to the analysis results,the levels of FT?in the serum of the staff engaged in the radiological work were significantly lower than those in non-radiological work（t=22.245,P<0.05）.In the results,the serum of female serum of the control group was lower than the male（t=6.821,P<0.05）,and the results of FT₄ and TSH showed no significant difference between the male and the male.Engaged in the analysis results show that the radiation workers women radiation medical personnel in addition to serum FT?level lower than men（t=6.479,P<0.05）,FT₄ levels is slightly lower than male（t=4.547,P<4.547）TSH levels are significantly higher than male（t=2.762,P<0.05）;At the same time,in order to further clarify the results of the analysis,in the process of determination,analysis,fully considering the relationship between thyroid hormone and age,through the research results show that the negative correlation between serum FT?and age of,a correlation coefficient is-0.210（P<0.05）;Serum FT?and TSH levels showed no correlation with age.Conclusion:Through the concrete analysis,finally concluded that long-term engaged in the work of the radiation from personnel of course of study will be affected by radiation,restrain from personnel of course of thyroid function gradually,which has a significantly lower thyroid FT?phenomenon,which can be joined in the middle of the health check program thyroid FT?,FT₄,TSH inspection,further perfect the relevant national standards and industry standards,provide the basis for radiology department staff’s health and protective measures.
