With the continuous development of society,some properties of polyimides with traditional structures gradually fall short of industry standards in terms of industry demand.Especially in recent years,with the continuous innovation and development of various emerging technologies,silane coupling agents have been developed.The performance requirements no longer remain in the initial simple application.Therefore,the development and improvement of the new multifunctional silane coupling agent is a problem that needs to be addressed urgently.A type of compound containing an imide ring structure in the main chain is called a polyimide,and polyimide(PI)has an excellent high-temperature resistance performance(Because it contains plane symmetrical ring structures),and its temperature range of use(-200°C to 300°C)is extremely high.The strength and modulus,low coefficient of linear expansion,good mechanical and electrical properties,non-toxicity,and good resistance to chemical and corrosion resistance.These excellent properties make polyimides versatile and are known as " One of the problem solvers."From the above research status,we synthesize a new type of heat-resistant imide-modified silane coupling agent and use an imide-modified silane coupling agent to treat the surface of the copper foil to prevent the copper foil from being corroded.The specific synthesis process is as follows:With 3-linked-(4-hydroxyphenyl)imidazole(LHPI),1,3-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propanone(BHPP),1,1-(4,4'-dihydroxy)diphenyl-1-phenyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethane(DPTE)was used as substrate to synthesize dianhydride products,and then these three anhydrides were used as reactants.Finally,three kinds of silane coupling agents containing different imide rings were synthesized.The silane coupling agent was configured into different concentrations of hydrolyzate,and the conductivity of the surface of the copper foil was pretreated by the conductivity test.Finally,the corrosion resistance of the copper foil was compared.
