In this paper,the durability of recycled aggregates permeable concrete properties and application performance is researched and applied research,experimental study on permeable concrete recycled aggregates,also explains the practical significance prospects the recycled aggregates permeable concrete broad application prospect,this paper introduces the source and basic properties of recycled coarse aggregate,in detail elaborated the permeable concrete mixture ratio of the preparation of recycled aggregates and design process.At the time of testing arrangement,considering the needed to test the performance of too much,the factors influencing test number is larger,using the orthogonal test method to arrange the recycled aggregates permeable concrete mechanics performance and durability test,schedule a total of nine times test.In block to 28 d age when dry,remove block after block placed on test rig,in turn,the block test,flexural strength,compressive strength test,the open pore rate test,permeable coefficient test,freeze-thaw cycles test.Record all test data and data processing,the test data processing method USES the poor analysis method and variance analysis method,which is through the analysis of the results of variance analysis to identify an effective approach to the influence degree of various factors,and in order to make up for poor analysis failed to test the error analysis in defect of the variance analysis method is used for the further in-depth analysis on the test data.Finally,from the experimental research and data analysis,some important conclusions are obtained:(1)The main factor affecting the strength of recycled aggregate concrete is hydrogel ratio;(2)The main factor affecting the permeability of recycled aggregate concrete is the slurry ratio.(3)The main factors that influence the antifreeze performance of recycled aggregate concrete are fly ash content.(4)The optimal mix ratio of recycled aggregate concrete is: 1360kg/m3 of recycled aggregate,452kg/m3 of cement content,80kg/m3 of fly ash and 156kg/m3 of water.Finally,starting from the practical significance of recycled aggregates permeable concrete development,discusses its significance in the construction of "city" sponge process,with an engineering example to show how to waterproof concrete as permeable pavement about the positive role of construction of urban wetland,the higher average rainfall of rainy season,the urban road pavement waterlogging phenomenon is serious,the city part of the road take the permeable pavement,city humidity will be increased significantly,underground water retention is also improved,permeable concrete application of recycled aggregates of far-reaching significance.
