Research On Purchasing Cost Management Of A Ferroalloy Manufacturing Enterprise

For manufacturing enterprises,enterprises are seeking to continuously reduce consumption and improve production efficiency for a long time.The total cost of the total cost of the enterprise often accounts for a high proportion of the material cost.The traditional purchase cost analysis usually neglects the other costs and considers the price factor of the supplier.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to how to manage the total cost of purchasing.Procurement cost management can not only improve the level of cost accounting,but also reduce the cost of products.In recent years,the theoretical and academic circles are paying more attention to the research of purchasing cost management and application.The material purchase cost of the ferroalloy production enterprise is the main component of the purchase cost.It is difficult to manage the material purchase cost,because there are many kinds of materials purchased,the workload is great,and the internal management of the enterprise is difficult.In this paper,a ferroalloy production enterprise-AX company as the research object,respectively from the company's internal procurement management,procurement process,supplier management and external procurement environment,and other aspects of the analysis,to find the specific factors of the various aspects.Using case analysis method,economic procurement batch model and other qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the corresponding optimization scheme is found respectively.Finally,some suggestions for improvement are given.
