Chemical pesticides with its efficient,quick,easy to use,etc.in agricultural production has been widely used.However,the chemical pesticide itself is flawed and many large areas of excessive use lead to damage to humans and animals poisoning.Pests produce resistance and pests and then rampant,pollute the environment,damage the ecosystem balance and other issues.So the plant source and microbial pesticide with its natural,used in nature,in the environment of natural degradation,the basic pollution to the environment,low toxicity or non-toxic to humans and animals,the development of resistance to pests and diseases difficult or slow,Resource-rich,easy to obtain,tackling the merits and other advantages of people's attention.Chelidonium majus is a family of poppy plants.Alias soil Coptis,Broken grass,realgar and so on.C.majus resources are widely distributed in most parts of our country.C.majus secondary metabolites contain a variety of alkaloids,with antibacterial,insecticidal and other aspects of the pharmacological effects,with the development of plant insecticide potential.Alkaloids can affect the nervous system,to inhibit the harmful insect feeding,which affects the survival and development in offspring,affecting insect oviposition,some alkaloids stored in harmful insect cuticle,influence the normal function of the body wall of inhibition of mitochondrial oxidase.In this study,a rapid and efficient method for the extraction of C.majus alkaloids was established by ultrasonic method.The concentration of C.majus alkaloid was diluted 10 times,50 times and 100 times.The results showed that the concentration of C.majus alkaloids,Study on the Biological Activity of Five Rice Pests in Rice Leaf Roller,Brown Planthopper and Whitebacked Planthopper.It can be seen from the antifeedant experiment that the high concentration of C.majus alkaloid antifeedant rate is higher than the low concentration of C.majus alkaloids,high concentration of C.majus alkaloids can drive the pests,the increase in concentration will be stored in pests The mortality rate,combined with both factors,the high concentration of C.majus alkaloids can cause pests to antifeed and effectively kill rice pests.It can be seen that a certain degree of dilution of C.majus alkaloids can be used to control the number of pests in rice pests after eating rice with C.majus alkaloids.
