China's crop straw yield is more,the straw is more incineration,not only the waste of resources,but also pollution environment;pig users are increasing year by year,and the waste water produced by raising pigs is increasing year by year.most of the pig wastewater is discharged without treatment,causing serious environmental pollution.n this paper,the adsorption experiment of pig wastewater was carried out based on the method of carbonization of maize straw.the following research is mainly done:According to the carbonization temperature,carbonization time,length of straw,these three factors orthogonal experiment for carbonized corn straw,measures of carbonized corn straw under the condition of different related indicators,including porosity,specific surface area,the coal rate,organic matter,etc.The orthogonal experiment of 16 groups of maize straw charcoal to simulate wastewater treatment of ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus adsorption experiments,a preliminary understanding of the various combinations of maize straw charcoal adsorption ability,for the corn straw charcoal adsorption experiments of pig wastewater.By simulation experiment phase selecting optimal four groups of corn straw to pig wastewater by adsorption experiment,the different dosing quantity by adsorption experiments to determine the optimal combination of adsorption,and then explore the optimal combination of carbonization conditions to explore the influence of corn straw charcoal and pig waste water adsorption time,stirring time of adsorption experiments.After the final stage of the experiment is the adsorption of maize straw charcoal treatment and disposal,and will be used as adsorbent of maize straw charcoal made from biological matrix,by comparing the experiment after the physical and chemical indicators of maize straw charcoal adsorption,and to observe the germination rate of rapeseed and following the weight to determine the adsorption of maize straw charcoal for the role of agriculture,as the adsorbent of the treatment and disposal to provide new train of thought.In this paper,it is concluded that the main research results are as follows:through adsorption experiments to determine the combination of the four groups of corn straw charcoal is A(2.5 h,500 ?,4 cm)and B(1.5 h,3500C,3 cm),N(1.5 h,500?,5 cm),O(2.5 h,600 ?,4 cm);The four groups of the optimal additive quantity of corn straw charcoal in the same,and the effect of adsorption time and stirring time,determine the optimal combination of charring A(2.5 h,500?,4 cm)and the optimal additive quantity and 0.Under the optimal additive quantity with coking combination,adsorption time at 90 min pig waste water adsorption effect of the optimal,the optimal dosing quantity and carbonized combination and adsorption time,stirring time for 90 min of pig wastewater ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS,COD adsorption effect is best.Will eventually before and after adsorption in the maize straw charcoal used in agriculture on the determination of the optimal set of germination rate was 73%,the strain weighing 78.9 g,emergence rate higher than the blank control group 20%,plant weight is about 10 g,higher the ultimate disposal of adsorbent has opened up a new train of thought,alleviate the adsorbent eventually deal with difficult problems,the secondary utilization of the resources.
