There are a lot of crop straw in China.the straw is burning,not only caused the waste of resources and environmental pollution;The dosage of peat is the biggest,But its non-renewable characteristics in a short time,make the peat has gradually become a kind of scarce resources.Based on these two points,This experiment with abundant biomass resources of corn straw and peat as test materials,Mainly done the following research:1.To carbonized corn straw processing,research different carbonization temperatures(350,450,550 ?)and time(1.5 h,2 h,2.5 h)of corn straw charcoal characteristic and its influence elements and their relationship.The results show that the organic matter content with the temperature increasing of carbonized corn straw charcoal and the extension of time and reduce(62.23%(350 ?)>48.52%(450 ?)>35.78%(550 ?));Under 350?,the pH value increases with the extension of time,under 450 ? and 550 ? basic keep at about 10;Conductivity changing with carbonization temperature and carbonization temperature is not obvious,and carbonization temperature 350 ? relatively large impact on maize straw charcoal of conductivity.;Available k content in maize straw charcoal gradually increased with the increase of temperature and time,total nitrogen and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen is on the contrary,the available p content is higher,then showed 574.53 mg/kg(450 ?)>493.75 mg/kg(350 ?)>283.98 mg/kg(550 ?).2.Nine after the carbonized straw charcoal and peat press(65%peat + 15%biochar +organic fertilizer5%+ active bacteria 5%)mixing ratio,rapeseed seedling experiment was carried out.The results showed that the carbonized temperature 350 ?(2 h)and 450 ?(2 h),mixed matrix of total nitrogen and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content is higher;350 ?(2.5 h)and 450(1.5 h,2 h),the mixing matrix of organic matter content and available p is higher,and available k content in high concentration at 550 ?;Carbonization temperature 450 ?(2 h),germination rate rapeseed is higher,and up to 78%;Carbonization temperature of 450 ?(2 h),the plant is height,the highest was 22%higher than the control group,The highest content of nitrogen is carbonized conditions of 350 ?(2.5 h),25%higher than CK,350 ?(2 h)and 450 ?(2 h,h)2.5 at second;Phosphorus content is generally low,relatively high is 450 ?(2 h).Through data analysis to determine the carbonization temperature of 450 ? and carbonization time for 2 h under the condition of the preparation of maize straw charcoal works best.3.To 450 ?(2 h)carbonization condition of biochar for material,under the condition of organic fertilizer15%and active bacteria 5%are invariable,press the biochar(10%,20%,30%),and the proportion of peat(50%,60%,70%)mixed,rape cultivation experiments.The results show that:with the increase of biochar,amount of cation exchange capacity and organic matter are increasing;conductivity is lower.Alkaline hydrolysis n and available p content with the increase of biochar to drop,while the content of rapidly-available potassium increased.10%biochar addition amount of substrate cultivation of rapeseed growing best,followed by 20%;The highest germination rate is CK group reached 88%,along with the increase in biochar,rape seedling emergence,?the crude protein content and sugar content are decreased,while chlorophyll content are increased,and higher than the control group.In terms of rape itself character,the root of the longest in 30%biochar content,fresh weight and plant height are the best at amount 10%biochar.Comprehensive consideration,above 10%of biochar addition amount of mixed matrix agricultural value is best.
