Dust problem plagued by long-term safety production and environmental management of industrial and mining enterprises in our country,including the harm of dust is particularly serious,governance is quite difficult,not only affects the normal operation of production equipment and give the staffs physical and mental health.Spray dust technology as one of the major dust prevention and dust fall measure that industrial and mining enterprises adopts now,has the advantages of simple structure,environmental protection and energy saving and high efficiency.Spray system,nozzle,as one of the most basic and most important element,the atomization performance is the key factor that decide the effect of dust.Existing spray dust nozzle has a good effect in industrial and mining enterprises fall,but the dust(diameter of less than 7 ?m)capture efficiency still can not meet the requirement of the industrial and mining enterprises of the dust.The main reason lies in the spray dust nozzle design parameters are not reasonable,affected the spray dust effects.In order to better solve the problem of respirable dust,in this paper,In order to better solve the problem of dust,in this paper,by analyzing the basic properties of dust,dust mechanical model is established,and study the theory of dust catcher and spray dust,according to the research experience that the smaller the atomized particle size is the more easier it will be to capture dust,with air atomizing nozzle for the prototype,design of self-excited oscillation nozzle is developed.Different with conventional internal mixing type air spray nozzle,the nozzle design the self-excited oscillation baffle device,by increasing the number of droplets are broken,to achieve the purpose of further strengthening of atomization effect.With Melvin laser fog particle test system,the performance of the self-excited oscillation jet atomization experiment research,identify the best matching scheme for self-excited oscillation baffle from the injection is hole 7 mm positioned 2 mm diameter of baffle.Experimental results show that compared with conventional mixing type air atomizing nozzle,the effective range of self-excited oscillation nozzle is changeless,jet Angle increased by 15 ° to 30 °?the average particle size of atomized droplets decreased 1/3,DV50 measured volume average diameter of 13.85 microns,and atomized droplet size distribution is more uniform.
